Notify Me ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Notify Me mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

• Your name and email address (provided during registration)
• Tasks, reminders, and lists you create in the app
• Device notification preferences

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and sync your task data across devices
• To send password reset emails when requested
• To deliver local reminders and notifications
• To improve app performance and user experience

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers using industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your data is never used for advertising purposes.

5. Notifications

If you grant notification permissions, we use your device's local notification system to deliver reminders you set. We do not send unsolicited marketing notifications.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Me tab within the app. Upon deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed from our servers.

7. Children's Privacy

Notify Me is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

6. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your Notify Me account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete your account:

1. Open the Notify Me app
2. Go to the Me tab (bottom right)
3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion

Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing us at: thinkzonehub@gmail.com with subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address.

What gets deleted:

• Your name and email address
• All tasks, reminders, and lists you created
• Your account credentials and profile data

Retention period:

All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. No personal data is retained after this period.
